Spring Rates:
March 1 to April 30
For 2 to 4 guests: $800 to $950.

May 1 to June 15:
For 2 to 4 guests. Friday to Sunday, $800.
Each additional guests over four, $80
Weekdays, two nights: $750
Third night, $375. Fourth night, $350.

Summer Rates:
Weekend, two nights, Friday to Sunday:
$800 for 2. $850 for 4 guests.
Weekdays, two nights. $750 for 2.
Weekend plus third night, $1175.
Each additional guests over four, $80.
Third night, $375. Fourth night, $350.
Non holiday week, $2500.
7 percent county tax required on all rentals.
Holidays and spring break rates are

A separate check of $300 is required as a
security deposit. When the key is returned
by mail, and once the housekeeping staff
have visited the house, the security deposit is refunded.

Payment may be made by check in advance.
If reservation is made more than 30 days in
advance, payment of 50% of rental will
secure your reservation. The balance is due
30 days in advance of your stay.

After payment has been made, a key,
information sheet and maps will be mailed
to you along with a confirmation of your
reservation.

Jacuzzi seats 6 adults, with an illuminated water fall, two pumps of 2.5 hp, powerful
therapy and foot jets, a total of 64 PowerPro jets, which through the massage
selectors may be oxygenated and diverted to increase their strength.
