Spring Rates:
March 1 to June 15:
Weekend, two nights: $750 - $800
Weekdays, two nights: $700 - $750
Week, non holiday: $2400
Additional days: $325 - $350.

If you have a larger group, we have another romantic abode nearby which sleeps 4.
The two locations will accommodate a total of 10-12 guests: 8 at the villa plus 4 at the romantic abode.

A separate check of $300 is required as a
security deposit. When the key is returned
by mail, and once the housekeeping staff
have visited the house, the security deposit is refunded.

Payment may be made by check in advance.
If reservation is made more than 30 days in
advance, payment of 50% of rental will
secure your reservation. The balance is due
30 days in advance of your stay.

After payment has been made, a key,
information sheet and maps will be mailed
to you along with a confirmation of your
reservation.

Once a date has been confirmed,
there are no refunds due to cancellation.

Jacuzzi seats 6 adults, with an illuminated water fall, two pumps of 2.5 hp, powerful
therapy and foot jets, a total of 64 PowerPro jets, which through the massage
selectors may be oxygenated and diverted to increase their strength.
